Bog Eyed Jog
Well done to all the children who completed the Bog Eyed Jog this morning. It was great to see the children (and teachers!) dressed up for the occasion. Thank you to all the ‘Friends’ who helped serve the drinks and hot dogs afterwards. Please could all children try to bring sponsor money in before half term.
Cross Country Competition
This Wednesday 21st October we will be sending a team to the cross country competition at Church Stretton Primary. Children participating should have brought home a letter yesterday. Please return consent slips by Monday.
Morrisons Let’s Grow
Thank you to those parents who have been bringing vouchers into school. This promotion ends on 1st November and soon after that we will be claiming some lovely new equipment for the gardening club.
Cookery Book
Cookery club will be producing a cookery book in time for Christmas to raise money for school funds. We will be including lots of our ’tried and tested’ recipes from the past few years. We would love parents to contribute their favourite recipes as well. Please send (or email) your recipes into school by Friday 20th November.
Pears
Pears will be available to buy next week. The money we raise from sales of apples and pears will go towards the purchase of another fruit tree for the school field.
