Prior to founding Goldener Executive Search Associates, John Goldener, MD served over two decades at Philadelphia’s suburban Main Line Hospitals. A fully licensed pediatrician, John Goldener, MD founded Main Line Pediatrics, as well as Pediatric Associates of the Main Line. John Goldener, MD gained his first medical management experience through recruiting 8 MDs and over 50 employees, negotiating care contracts, establishing clinical pathways of care, and overseeing the administrative and financial side of running a clinic. In his 20 years of working with Main Line Hospitals, John Goldener, MD also led the development of a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Nursery, as well as the Main Line Multispecialty Group.
