Book Quiz Team

Congratulations to Catriona Hogg, Erin Hollingworth, Adam Sawney and Alex Tan who have been selected as the first ever King's School Book Quiz Team. These four Removes pupils will read set books over the next few months, and answer questions based on those books and on reading in general.  Their scores will then be compared to other schools around Cheshire, and the four schools with the highest scores will compete in an exciting final in May.Although this is the first year we have entered this competition, I am sure that with this fantastic team, we have a strong chance of reaching the final.

Reference Sites

Wikipedia is quick and easy to use for information that is unimportant.  However, you should not be using it for school work, because of its unreliability and the fact that it is not written for students.

The reference sites on this page may be very useful, but also remember the resources available from the Wickson Library menu under 'All Programs'.  These include Britannica Online, Grove Art, Grove Music and the Oxford English Dictionary.
