Wikipedia is quick and easy to use for information that is unimportant.  However, you should not be using it for school work, because of its unreliability and the fact that it is not written for students.  Ideally, you should use Britannica Online first and use the references and links on there to widen your research.

Also remember the other resources available from the Wickson Library menu under 'All Programs'.  These include  Grove Art, Grove Music and Britannica Online.
